Jerry is a senior development and design/construction expert with over $1.5 billion of completed development projects and over $700 million of industrial construction under direct management. His background combines architectural, real estate, and lodging expertise across hospitality, multi-family and mixed-use assets.
Jen leads a team to build operating systems that contribute to a top-notch experience at Culdesac. Jen's love for operations and systems stemmed from her experiences with the Girl Scouts Arizona Cactus-Pine Council as well as with Teach for America (TFA). While at TFA, Jen led national training programs, community partnerships, and classroom preparation for incoming teachers.
Tom is an investment associate at Culdesac where he primarily concentrates on structuring and legal work. Prior to Culdesac, Tom was a financial analyst at Catellus with a focus on public and private real estate investment and development. Previously, Tom served as a U.S. Marine Corps Team Leader for five years.
Sarah leads acquisitions and development at Culdesac. With a background in real estate finance, urban planning, environmental sustainability, and asset management, Sarah brings a holistic lens to Culdesac. Sarah previously held positions with Ernst & Young's Transaction Real Estate group, The World Bank, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing.
Erin builds cross-sector coalitions for better bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure and community and retail activation. Erin brings economic and community development experience from Ashoka, a leading foundation for global social impact.
Phil has been a construction project manager for the last 16 years, overseeing a portfolio of real estate projects, including the construction of the FoundRE Hotel and managing construction of 150 units of the Portland on the Park Condos in Phoenix. Previous experience includes managing a millwork shop, including the management of production, staffing and financials.
Danni leads Business Operations and Marketing for Culdesac. Prior to joining Culdesac, Danni worked at McKinsey & Company, advising clients across the sales and marketing, operations, and private equity practices. Before McKinsey, he held various positions in sales, marketing, and partnerships with Apple, the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), and Manhattan Associates.
Adi leads strategy and finance for Culdesac, spearheading forecasting, investor relations, reporting, and special projects. Prior to Culdesac, he worked at Doordash, where he managed the P&L of a $1B GMV business line. In addition, Adi also worked as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets.
Kelsey leads people operations at Culdesac. Prior to Culdesac, she worked on people strategy and analytics at Carvana. Her passion to make work better and drive decisions with data stems from her previous experience at Google in various roles within People Operations, including Human Resources Business Partner, Compensation Design, and Talent Development.
Tom leads engineering at Culdesac. He works across the stack to ship digital products for our customers. Before Culdesac, Tom worked at Opendoor where he built the software foundation for Opendoor Home Loans and led its integration into every facet of Opendoor's customer products and tooling.
Jeff worked at McKinsey & Company’s Public & Social Sector Practice advising on strategy and economic development. Previously, Jeff spent 5 years in East Africa on Nobel Prize-winning economics research and created a drinking water treatment system now serving nearly 5 million people.
Vanessa previously worked at Opendoor, where she was the top rated manager at the company. While at Opendoor, Vanessa worked across multiple business units. Prior to Opendoor, Vanessa also worked for Teach For America and Salt River Project.
