Caroline is an experienced real estate professional who has developed and financed commercial, hospitality, and residential projects totaling over $4.5 billion. Caroline was previously the Chief Development Officer at Newcrest Image and a Managing Director at Civitas Capital.
Vanessa previously worked at Opendoor, where she was the top rated manager at the company. While at Opendoor, Vanessa worked across multiple business units. Prior to Opendoor, Vanessa also worked for Teach For America and Salt River Project.
Jerry is a senior development and design/construction expert with over $1.5 billion of completed development projects and over $700 million of industrial construction under direct management. His background combines architectural, real estate, and lodging expertise across hospitality, multi-family and mixed-use assets.
Michael brings experience in real estate, finance, and business development to Culdesac where he works closely with internal and external partners to determine the feasibility of development projects. Prior to joining Culdesac, Michael worked as a financial and business analyst for a brownfield development firm.
Tom is an investment associate at Culdesac where he primarily concentrates on structuring and legal work. Prior to Culdesac, Tom was a financial analyst at Catellus with a focus on public and private real estate investment and development. Previously, Tom served as a U.S. Marine Corps Team Leader for five years.
Michelle leads finance and investor relations at Culdesac. She brings experience across finance and real estate technology to Culdesac. Prior to Culdesac, Michelle worked in strategic finance at WeWork and technology mergers and acquisitions at Evercore.
Sarah leads acquisitions and development at Culdesac. With a background in real estate finance, urban planning, environmental sustainability, and asset management, Sarah brings a holistic lens to Culdesac. Sarah previously held positions with Ernst & Young's Transaction Real Estate group, The World Bank, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing.
Erin builds cross-sector coalitions for better bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure and community and retail activation. Erin brings economic and community development experience from Ashoka, a leading foundation for global social impact.
Tom leads engineering at Culdesac. He works across the stack to ship digital products for our customers. Before Culdesac, Tom worked at Opendoor where he built the software foundation for Opendoor Home Loans and led its integration into every facet of Opendoor's customer products and tooling.
Anders is a real estate development and construction manager with 7 years of experience in people-first, master plan community development. Anders leads construction for Culdesac Tempe. Previously, he was a development manager at the Housing Authority of the City of LA.
Jasmine designs the experience of living at Culdesac, from digital product to mobility, and implements the details of how the built environment operates. A lover of cities and urbanism, she works to create walkable neighborhoods built for peoples' needs.
Pablo is a Senior Product Manager at Culdesac. Before joining, he spent time at Earnest as a PM and at Uber’s growth team for Latin America. He holds a Master’s degree from Stanford. Pablo was born and raised in Mexico City.
Anne is a Product Manager at Culdesac, where she leads cross-functional collaboration in scoping, designing, and building the product. Previously, Anne built and scaled a community management tech app called Exalt. Prior to Exalt, Anne worked in investing at Tusk Venture Partners and Barclays.
Jake leads product design, which at Culdesac means not only software, but also the services and real-world stuff that the software invokes. Before Culdesac, Jake spent five years in CBRE’s digital innovation group, and before that, five years at Floored, an NYC proptech startup.
John is the co-founder and president of Lyft, which is one of the fastest growing on-demand transportation services in the U.S. Lyft facilitates over one million rides a day and operates in over 200 cities.
Megan is the Chief Customer Officer at Opendoor, a residential real estate company that enables consumers to buy and sell their home online. Megan is responsible for go-to-market including marketing, sales, and market operations.
Evan is a Partner at Khosla Ventures, where he works closely with entrepreneurs to build impactful, enduring companies. Previously, he served as VP of Product at Opendoor. Prior to Opendoor, he co-founded and operated as COO at DoorDash.
