Culdesac Tempe will be the first to offer our residents a comprehensive mobility package along with their home, worth nearly $3,000/year in value. In our neighborhood, you’ll find award-winning regional Mexican food at Cocina Chiwas, ebike sales and service experts at Archer’s Bikes, and curated essentials at the corner market.

    Residents can enjoy a state-of-the-art, 2-story gym featuring free weights, weight machines, a functional fitness area, a large selection of cardio equipment (elliptical machine, step mills, and treadmills), stretching space, and a fitness studio with spin bikes and on-demand fitness. Outdoor amenities range from a half-acre park and the Art Plaza to intimate European-style courtyards and convenient micromobility infrastructure.

  • How will I get around without a car?

    Culdesac community members will have access to many different types of transportation. There is a light rail stop across the street, and an onsite car share, Envoy. There are also ample bike and scooter paths throughout the neighborhood and Lyft pick-up/drop-off spots around the site. We also have a mobility concierge who is happy to answer all questions about getting around Culdesac and Tempe utilizing all forms of mobility.

  • What is the rent?

    Pricing and unit availability change day to day due to demand. We suggest contacting us or joining the waitlist for the most up-to-date information.

  • Are utilities included in the rent?

    Pricing on our website represents base rent. Residents are responsible for additional utility costs, which are paid through the Culdesac app with rent.

  • What's the pet policy?

    Our neighborhood is pet friendly! Pet owners must get pet coverage in their renter's insurance and provide proof of rabies vaccine. We allow up to 2 animals per home. Please get in touch with the leasing office for more information about animal and breed restrictions. We do not allow pets over 75 pounds. Each pet will have a monthly pet rent of $35 and a non-refundable one-time fee of $300.

  • Are there ADA-accessible units? Is the community ADA-accessible?

    Culdesac Tempe shared and public spaces are all ADA-accessible. We also offer ground-floor and elevator-accessible ADA units.

    For us, it's about land utilization, as a way to deliver a better quality of life for our residents. By removing cars, we make room for parks, stores, courtyards, and a beautiful 30ft wide main paseo walkway that spans the length of the community from east to west.
