Forming The Hub’s Podium Deck
The Hub is a multipurpose center that will offer retail and co-working space, as well as residential units on the upper floors. This month, we prepared for The Hub’s second floor podium deck for its upcoming concrete pour.

More Concrete Slabs
The first three concrete slabs for our third residential block of buildings have been poured. The frames of these buildings are going up as we continue under-slab preparations for the rest of the neighborhood.

Framing the Neighborhood
Framing has begun on the first floor of our third block of residential units. As each of these blocks approaches completion, winding narrow paseos with day-long shade are being carved out, reminiscent of the walkways of Mykonos.

Residential Unit Windows
We have installed windows in each building of our first residential block. Most units in this block will have three sides that provide natural light.
