Concrete pour for The Market & The Gym

The concrete columns that will support The Market are up. You can also see the foundations for The Gym. In this space, residents will have cardio equipment, free weights, cross training area, and a mezzanine for group classes.

The Market's Concrete Podium Slab

Framing for the Market's concrete podium slab is underway. This concrete slab is supported by the columns you see in the images below. This structure will serve as the foundation for the first 16 residential units that will sit on top of the corner market.

Excavation for Culdesac's Tempe First Residential Block

The first major excavation of a Culdesac Tempe residential block has begun. This building is different than The Hub and Cocina Chiwas because it will feature residential apartments around shared courtyards. Founding residents will call one of the 43 units in this block home.
