We've started construction for The Hub. This unique building will include a coffee shop operated by our local partner Firecreek Coffee, a co-working space, a bike shop, and 28 residential units on top.

Footers Dig Work for The Hub

Foundation work for The Hub is underway. These trenches will provide a strong foundation to The Hub's building envelope and the second set of residential units that will sit on top of it.

Plumbing Install for Culdesac's 1st Phase of Residential-Only Blocks

We have begun underground work for Culdesac's first residential block storm drain system. These pipes will help direct and control the distribution of storm runoff around our apartments in Block F1.
